Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)

AageBadho provides digital services such as LMS access, practice exams, and study materials. No physical goods are shipped.
How delivery works
- Instant / Near-instant access: After a successful contribution/payment, your account is enabled for the selected access period. You can log in at /lms/.
- Email/WhatsApp confirmation: You may receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp when activation is completed.
- Manual activations: In rare cases (gateway delays/manual verification), activation may take up to 2–8 working hours.
Where to access your purchase
Failed or pending payments
- If your payment shows pending/failed at the gateway, access will not be granted until the gateway confirms success.
- If a deduction happened but access is missing, share the payment reference, date/time, and registered email/phone for quick resolution.
Incorrect email/phone during checkout
If you entered the wrong email/phone, write to info@aagebadho.org with proof of payment to correct your account details.
